Question
How does Blueworx Voice Response allocate Java / VXML applications from multiple application nodes?
Answer
When there are multiple application nodes running the same Java / VXML applications, Blueworx Voice Response will use the round-robin method to allocate the application instance to handle incoming calls.
The initial order is determined by the start sequence of the application nodes which is asynchronous. Therefore, it is not necessarily the order defined in the default.cff. There is no "load balancing" performed to share the load between application nodes.
