DB2 V8 support on Blueworx Voice Response 4.2
When DB2 V8 goes out of support what does this mean for BVR 4.2 customers?
The DB2 V8 instance that is shipped with BVR will be supported by the BVR support team for the life of the BVR 4.2 release. BVR issues related to DB2 should be directed to the BVR support team rather than the DB2 support team. Further to this, BVR 4.2 will not work with any later versions of DB2 and so customers should not attempt to upgrade the BVR DB2 instance beyond V8.
