When starting Blueworx Voice Response for AIX (possibly after a new installation) a 13009 error may be displayed. This can still occur even if you have successfully run the License Use Management (LUM) tool and have enrolled a license.

Resolving the problem

Make sure that umask is run with a value of 022, and that the file permissions in /var/ifor are set to 755 (rwxr-xr-x).
If both of these are correct, then run the following commands:
i4cfg -stop
cd /var/ifor
rm *.idx *.dat *.err *.out *.dbo
i4cfg -start

Then configure the license as per the Blueworx Voice Response for AIX Installation manual.
