    3. The file /tmp/dtProblem.....tar.Z is the output from dtProblem.
  3. If you can easily recreate the problem, collect a Blueworx Voice Response trace.
    1. From aixterm, start the trace with the command:
      trace -a -1
      trace -a -1 -T 1000000 -L 8000000 if a long trace is expected
    2. Recreate the problem.
    3. Stop the trace with the command:
      trcstop -1
    4. Format the trace with the command:
      print_trace > /tmp/trace.out
