Collecting Blueworx Voice Response for AIX general  information 

  1. Detailed problem description. Please complete the attached text file and return to us along with problem determination data detailed below.
  2. Collect dtProblem:
    1. Logon as the Blueworx Voice Response userid (usually dtuser)
    2. Collect the dtProblem data by typing "dtProblem /tmp"
    3. The file /tmp/dtProblem.....tar.Z is the output from dtProblem.
  3. If you can easily recreate the problem, collect a Blueworx Voice Response trace.
    1. From aixterm, start the trace with the command:
      trace -a -1
      OR
      trace -a -1 -T 1000000 -L 8000000 if a long trace is expected
    2. Recreate the problem.
    3. Stop the trace with the command:
      trcstop -1
    4. Format the trace with the command:
      print_trace > /tmp/trace.out
