Abstract
Unified Messaging for Blueworx Voice Response fixlevel 4.2.0.158 now includes the ability to use the showuser command to display details of Enhanced Menu Routing users.
Content
Usually configured using the web interface, enhanced menu routing users are intended to route to different places depending on what schedules are active at what time of day and year.
Previously the showuser command could only display the attributes of such a user that are common to all users, such as profile ID, password and so on.
Using the new -r flag when using showuser on a type 10 subscriber with the correct flags for such a user displays the information on the command line, allowing an administrator to view this data without having to access the web interface.

help (this help)This command is used to display information about a specific application profile.
By default, a summary of information is shown, excluding notification schedule details. The -f option can be used to display all mailbox and notification schedule information.
The -u flag will display data for one specific field, which could be used in scripts to monitor mailbox changes.
The -r flag's notification schedule ID may be set to 0 to display all schedules that exist, or specify a schedule 1-11 to display. Schedule 10 gives the business hours schedule and is most common.
For an enhanced menu routing user with business, out of hours, emergency and one holiday schedule configured, running the command:
$CUR_DIR/ca/IMC_Admin_dir/utils/showuser -e 121212 -r 0
produces the following output:
