Support added for VoIP/SIP call transfer version of cdr.log record in Blueworx Voice Response level


A new configuration option "Version of cdr.log" has been added within the "General"
configuration panel. If set to version 1 (default) the records written to cdr.log are unchanged.

If set to version 2 then a new field "TFR" is added to the end of each record written to the
cdr.log. This field indicates if the call has terminated by way of a call transfer. The settings are
as follows:

0 - Call not terminated due to transfer

1 - Call terminated due to a blind transfer

2 - Call terminated due to a consult transfer

At present these settings are only supported for VoIP/SIP.
