Problem(Abstract)

The Blueworx Voice Response VRBE processes can core dump and generate a core file in the /var/dirTalk/DTBE/native/aix directory.

Cause

There is a known defect in the bos.rte.libc fileset in the following fix levels:

6.1.3.2
6.1.3.3
6.1.3.4
6.1.4.0

Resolving the problem

The problem is tracked in IBMAPAR IZ65501.

Install the fix for that APAR to ensure that you are running a later version of bos.rte.libc.
