When working with the Blueworx Technical Support team, system data may be requested in order to help diagnose the problem or to understand the system configuration.


There are two ways this data can be uploaded to the support team:


  1. For files that are greater than 20Mb in size then use the following URL to upload data: https://blueworx.hostedftp.com/~blueworx-admin
  2. For files that are less than 20Mb in size then they can be attached directly to the Freshdesk ticket. The "Attach File" option is available either when the ticket is created or later on.
    Note that if files are attached after the ticket has been created then a text description should be added to the text window and the Submit button must be clicked in order for the files to be uploaded. The Submit button will not appear until text is entered in the window.
