Blueworx Voice Response for AIX V6.1 Fix Pack 1 is available (fix level 6.1.0.220/221).

The Fix Pack contains the following new enhancements:

User-configurable logging for monitoring of VoiceXML and CCXML applications - Significant usability improvements to WebSphere Voice Response Java application logging.


Enhanced VoiceXML and CCXML application support for call information - Provide protocol specific tagging information in VXML and CCXML.


Enhanced Genesys CTI support - Better integration with the advanced CTI services offered by the Genesys CTI platform. Allows VXML applications to use internal routing within the Genesys CTI platform.


Also including in the Fix Pack is the following fix:

Call Detail Record enhancements from VoiceXML - Support CDR recording of VXML applications.
